Andy Abramson

I am the CEO and Founder of Comunicano, Inc., a modern-day integrated marketing agency that specializes in asymmetrical and value creation communications for startups and companies in transition. With over 30 years of experience in marketing communications, new media, and social media marketing, I have helped 59 clients exit via M&A or IPO for over $9.4 billion dollars, including the first ever Fortune 100 branded social media program in the world. I have a proven track record of delivering measurable results, innovative strategies, and powerful design to businesses of all sizes and stages.

My background in sports marketing led to establishing the first-ever fan-development organization in professional sports, driving 10x brand growth for a licensed sports brand, and inflating the value of a professional sports team that led to its sale.

I am also passionate about wine and lifestyle, and I have co-founded two ventures that combine these interests with my expertise in data-driven, customer-centric, and technology-enabled marketing and communications: wineTOURia and Brand Communication Design. I have created wine discovery programs, sampling events, multi-city dinner series, bespoke wine tours, wine list development, and international sourcing services for various audiences and markets. I am a winemaker, a wine writer, a USA Ambassador for the Grenache Association, and a recognized industry influencer and knowledge leader. My mission is to expose and promote under-discovered wine regions, wineries, and technologies, and to enhance the wine experience and lifestyle for wine lovers and enthusiasts.
